Terms & Conditions 

Welcome 

Thank you for ordering some of my artwork. Every order is special to me, no matter how small. I want you to be happy with your purchase and the below guidelines are set out to help make this possible. 

Images 

My paintings are bold and colourful and every effort is made to show the true representation of the colours in the images on my website. However, please be aware that all devices show colours slightly differently. If you are interested in a particular painting please just message me if you would like me to send you additional images as I would be happy to do so. 

Postage & Delivery 

All postage is by Royal Mail within the UK. Cards and prints are sent securely via first class post. Large parcels are shipped via Royal Mail and tracked for 48hr  delivery.  You will be notified of the tracking information after your parcel has been packed and dispatched. 

I aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible and you will be notified via email when your order will be dispatched. It is also possible to collect from my studio if you live locally. 

Cancellations 

Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14  days of placing your order and allow you to receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please email as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched to you, please return the item(s) in accordance with the Returns Process. Cancellation is only valid if the returned item(s) are in their original condition. 

Returns Policy 

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order in which to inform me and to return your purchase to me.

The cost of returning anything is the responsibility of the customer. Please send any returns by recorded delivery - I cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post. 

Returns Process 

  1. Please check that you are returning your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order - anything beyond 14 days cannot be returned. 

  2. Print out a copy of your order confirmation email  

  3. Put the order confirmation and item(s) you wish to return in their original condition and packaging. 

  4. Seal up the packaging so that the items are completely protected. 

  5. Once packaged up, address your parcel and send it to the address provided to you.  You will need to ensure you obtain Proof of Postage. 

  6. You will receive emails to confirm that I have received your return and when the refund has been processed. 

Damaged Art 

Email within 48 hours of receipt of your order if any item has been damaged in transit. Please provide clear photographs of the item that illustrate the damage, along with some written information to describe it. I will then let you know what to do next.  

I cannot accept any damaged item outside of the 14 day return period.
