Bold, colourful, acrylic intuitive paintings in a large format. They are characterised by patterns, shapes, symbolism, mark-making and short mantras. Full of energy, movement and vibrancy, evoking a myriad of emotions.

A painting can be triggered by a single word, a line in a poem, a life event (my own or others). Watching a film or reading a book can be the catalyst. Or just simply by getting still enough to listen. It’s a way of processing life and gaining greater clarity. Whatever way it starts it is always my soul I am allowing to speak.

PAINTING has brought me so much joy and changed my life in ways that I couldn’t even imagine. It is now my mission to encourage people to explore creative expression through the medium of art and to share the joy it can bring. I currently offer two art workshops:

ART PLAY…2 hour sessions which offer exactly what the name suggests. They are all slightly different so it is possible to come for just one or more if you wish.

BABY BIRD is a one day workshop, offering you a glorious gift to yourself. An opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the delights to be had from exploring your creative side. Leaving the outside world behind for a day!

I have always loved sending and receiving cards so I absolutely love having my own card collections. For me they are a way of connecting people with each other.

My Art Cards are based on my original acrylic paintings and come complete with bright pink envelopes, making them that little bit extra special. They are blank inside so they can be used for any occasion…as well as just because.
